Everyone who comes to the foodbank for emergency food needs to have a valid foodbank voucher.
Please note that we can also offer a local delivery service for anyone who is not able to reach our centres due to transport issues, sickness or disability or for other valid reasons.
If you are already without food, emergency collection of a food parcel can be arranged.
Speak with the organisation or agency issuing your foodbank voucher if you need delivery or urgent provision so that they can make us aware of this in your referral.
Everyone receiving a referral will be contacted by the foodbank to check allergies and dietary requirements, and if any other essentials such as household or hygiene products are needed.

We can arrange local deliveries where you are not able to collect (due to transport issues, sickness, disability or for other valid reasons) or to have someone collect for you . We aim to delivery in 48 hours (Monday - Thursday only), however in peak periods delivery may take longer.
Make your referring agency or organisation aware, when requesting a foodbank voucher, if delivery is needed.
