Cirencester Foodbank launches "Baked Bean Trail" press release

Baked bean trail is now live!

New for the school holidays. Cirencester Foodbank has set up a baked bean trail. Trail maps are available from various locations in the town including: the Corinium museum, Octavia's bookshop, Cirencester Opportunity Group, Bingham Hall, the library, doctors surgeries and Cirencester hospital. Visit the 20 participating shops, spot the can in the window & work out the phrase! You can also download the trail map here.


2015 Tesco Collection

Cirencester Foodbank will be collecting at Tesco Metro in Cirencester on Thursday 2 July, Friday 3 July and Saturday 4 July. We will be hugely grateful for offers of help with the collection and any items you are able to donate!


New Tesco Collection Point

There is now a permanent food collection point at Tesco Extra, Kingsmeadow, Cirencester. Why not buy some extra items when you are shopping and put them into the collection point. Tesco also give us a monetary contribution for each food donation you make.

The Trussell Trust foodbank network works in partnership with local churches and organisations to bring foodbanks to communities across the UK. There are now over 400 foodbanks in the network. Find out about our national network here

Cirencester Foodbank is open on Mondays between 1pm - 3.30pm and on Thursdays between 9.30 -12 noon. Come along during these times to exchange vouchers for a food parcel.

Please note that we cannot accept donations of food during the foodbank opening hours.

Thanks for wanting to donate food to the foodbank.  There are now collection points at:

Tesco Extra, Kingsmeadow, Cirencester

Cirencester Baptist Church, Coxwell Street (open weekday mornings)

Cirencester Parish Church

Waitrose Cirencester

If you would like to donate a large amount of food (from a community group for example) then please email Rachel to arrange to meet at the warehouse.

It is also possible to drop food at the warehouse in Beeches Road Cirencester on Monday and Thursday evenings between 6 and 7.15pm or Wednesday mornings between 10 and 12.30. Please email Rachel for the exact location of the warehouse.
