2023 Food Poverty Report

13th June 2023

Food Poverty Report

The Cost-of-Living crisis has, over the past year, pushed new people into food poverty. It has also seen people who had overcome crises and not needed to use foodbanks for the past year, to return to needing their support.

As Cirencester Foodbank works, with it’s partners, towards ending the need for foodbanks, it’s South Cotswold food poverty report shares what we are seeing as we work to support households facing food poverty and in providing advice first models to resolve the crises they face.

We believe the report is only one small piece of a larger jigsaw. However, by working together with those living in our communities, those serving our communities and those support our communities, it may help to provide important and useful information that can be added to the parts of the jigsaw they are able to see.
